• Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers and engineers to define UX strategy and feature roadmap.

• Translate complex requirements into elegant, intuitive, and functional interaction patterns & interface layouts.

• Ensure pixel-perfect implementation by documenting specs, rules and various states.

• Optimize designs for responsiveness, accessibility (WCAG), and performance across multiple device breakpoints.

• Maintain and evolve Figma libraries with reusable components, auto-layouts, and interactive variants.

• Analyze product usage data and behavior patterns to identify UX friction points and propose data-driven solutions.

• Present design rationale and UX decisions clearly to stakeholders and defend them with research and data.

• Guide and mentor junior designers by reviewing work, sharing feedback, and leading design critique sessions.

• Stay updated with latest UX trends, emerging tools, and frameworks to elevate product design quality.

• Implement user-centric UX workflows, from information architecture to interactive prototyping and A/B testing.

• Advocate for design thinking and accessibility-first mindset across teams and organizational practices.
